KX offers varying sizes of Mini Ball Valve. These mini ball valves are made from high-quality stainless steel (SS304/316) and has a blow-out proof stem to reduce leakage and valve damage. This standard port inline valve has female/male threads for connecting two female/male threaded pipes going in the same direction.
SS304 grade of stainless steel contains high nickel content that ranges from 8-10.5% by weight and a high amount of chromium that ranges from 18-20% by weight. These feature excellent corrosion resistance thanks to high amounts of chromium and nickel in the construction of stainless steel mini ball valves.
This mini ball valve at a maximum operating temperature of 325 degrees F, and is suitable for use in air, water or inert gas applications.
Stainless Steel Mini Ball Valves (or miniature ball valves) are made for use in confined spaces. With a pressure rating of 1,000 PSI (water, oil or gas). The valves are available in Female to Female( FxF), Male to Female (MxF), and Male to Male (MxM) connection types, and finally come in sizes from 1/4″ to 1″.

Application
Stainless Steel Mini Ball Valve is ideal for small, confined spaces, where larger valves are unsuitable. The 316SS and PTFE wetted materials are excellent for applications with corrosive media.
